​ Sam Stenhouse's first album "My World" released to critical acclaim on January 5th, 2016. Having worked on it for 2 years, "I guess you could say it was a labour of love" Sam said to Entertainment Weekly in an interview about his sudden rise to fame and about his plans going forward.

 Sam was born and raised in Jersey, where he began to learn guitar from an early age, "He'd always been facinated with music" his mother told Q Magazine. "He had a natural ability to pick up any instrument and he found it easy to learn them, like the piano or the drums." His musical ability meant he shone in school performances and island, then national competitions. 

 His success at this level gained him the attention of several record labels, at the age of 19 he signed for Note&Voice Record Label. Now 20, Sam's main focus is his first UK tour; "It's still quite surreal, seeing my name in flashing lights and on posters around the city (London, England)."
